All youth who exhibit SWINE at the Dodge County Fair will be required to complete YQCA training and it is highly encouraged for members of all other livestock species (YQCA will count as an educational point).
Wisconsin State Fair and other national exhibitions will require certification in YQCA for participation for 2019 events and beyond for all youth exhibitors that compete at state fair in the following species: beef, sheep, swine, goats, dairy, poultry and rabbits.
Youth must register for Family Learning Day.
