Area youth are invited to participate in one of four different Science Day sessions on October 13, 2018 from 9am to noon at the Dodge County Administration Building in Juneau. Deadline to register is September 21, 2018.
Registration for Science Day is $5 for each participant
- Discover Water with Bonnie Borden, who will lead Project WET (Water Education for Teachers) activities to teach youth about the role of water in our lives.
- Beaver Dam RoboHackerz Robotics Team will teach RoboSumo, where teams work together to build a robot to compete in a battle with another robot.
- Make Your Own Robot! with Youth Leader Cameron Pokorny
- Build a LEGO Kit with Youth Leader Braden Paplham
The event is in conjunction with the Wisconsin Science Festival held throughout Wisconsin October 11-14. The four-day Wisconsin Science Festival is a statewide celebration with events across Wisconsin for people of all ages. Events include hands-on science exhibitions, demonstrations, performances, tours, workshops and more.
