Funtional Strength for Older Adults Exercise Class – Jan 12th

There will be eight classes, on Monday and Wednesday mornings, 11a.m-12 p.m., beginning January 12 and ending February 9. Dress in casual, easy-motion clothing. A minimum of five people are needed to hold the class, and the class size is limited to 20. Pre-registration of is required by January 9, 2015. The fee for this class is $40/person payable at the door the day of the first class.
