A hands-on sausage making workshop is being offered by Dodge Co. UW-Extension. UWEX’s Bonnie Borden along with UW-Madison Meats Lab Specialist, Jeff Sindelar, will teach participants how to make different types of sausage and they also will be answering your questions about processing and recipes.
