Exhibits will be available with information on health education and services provided by area agencies, as well as products to “pamper” the woman in you. A Silent Auction will be held throughout the evening with prizes donated from the booth vendors. A light buffet prepared by Chef Chanse will be available from 3:30-6:30 p.m. for all registered guests.
Pre-registration is required with a $10.00 non-refundable registration fee per person.
4:15-5:00 p.m. Inner Voices-Smart Choices Mary Faktor’s motivational program promotes life balance, relationships, communication, and stress reduction. Mary’s blend of humorous anecdotes, thought-provoking poetry and overhead cartoons makes this inspirational and educational workshop unforgettable — and life changing!
5:30-6:00 p.m. Happiness in Every Bite
Happiness can be found on your plate! Come and enjoy a fun filled food demonstration by Chef Chanse. Watch and learn ways to jazz up those comfort foods that bring joy to your every bite.
6:30-8:00 p.m. The Six Ages of Women
Watch time pass before your eyes as “Vicki” ages 50 years from starry-eyed teen, to dreamy newlywed, to naïve expectant mother, to frazzled housewife/mom, to menopausal career woman, to retired grandma. This performance by Mary Faktor leaves audience members with plenty of laughs and a new realization that life is meant to be enjoyed during every age!
In between the speakers, participants will have the opportunity to visit exhibits and participate in a “Minute to Win It” competition.
