Master Gardener – Level 1 Volunteer Training – Spring 2016

Gardening for GoldFor veteran gardeners or novices.

Participants are required to attend a mandatory orientation meeting on Jan. 19, 2016 at 6:00pm. This is a 13-week course on Tuesday evenings beginning Feb. 2, 2016 from 6:30-8:30pm at the Dodge County Administration Building in Juneau, WI.

Cost – $150 (includes training and publications)

Features a variety of University of Wisconsin specialist and other guest speakers. Topics include: Plant Propagation; Preparing Soils; Fruit & Vegetables; Backyard Wildlife; Plant Diseases; Annuals & Perennials; Insect ID & Control; Landscaping; Native Prairies; Weed Control; Turf Grass Managment.
